It's finished! Finally found the perfect buttons at Hobby Lobby. Can't rave enough about that store. Great atmosphere and wonderful background music. I find myself humming to the music. I have met so many friendly people there.
I strived for a 0-3 month size for this sweater by substituting DK weight yarn and knitting the 12 month size. Tried it on our almost 5 month old grandson who wears 3-6 month clothing and it fit. So 3-6 months, it is. An embroidered heart is the finishing touch.
