Second time in 3 months we said good-bye to another family member, my uncle J. He always had a smile and a twinkle in his eye. The family met for lunch at a local coney island style restaurant (one of his favorites). Then it was off once again to the local home to say our good-byes. You'd have to know our family to know in spite of the hardship we're gonna have some laughter mixed with tears. It's a celebration of Life and my uncle wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
We were raised near our grandparents' farm surrounded by aunts, uncles and many cousins so the family has many memories.
It was truly a celebration of Life with family I haven't seen in years, childhood friends, love and laughter; after all, that's what Life is all about.
RIP Uncle J and give our love to B (brother-in-law), mom-mom and pap-pap until we meet again.
