Summer past-times

Reading is a summer past time for me and I've had a tough time moving on from the Shell Seekers by Rosamunde Pilcher. One of only a few books that I read again and again and... 

A friend loaned this book to me. I'm on page 3 and I do believe it's another book I won't be able to put down. When a book has captured my attention by page 3, I know it's a keeper.

 Of course knitting is a past time (some might consider it an addiction...lol) for every season. This will grow up to be a baby sweater for fall/winter. I'll try it on the recepient before I make the final decision to line it with flannel.

Our holiday weekend was a busy and fun one. Making memories....
