New Year Greetings

I'm not a huge fan of the New Year holiday. Personally I think the song, Auld Lang Syne is one of the most depressing songs I've ever heard. I'm also not one for resolutions, I've made them in the past and by Jan 31 they're totally forgotten. But if I were so inclined to make any resolutions, I'd strive to be better organized and kinder to others. What if any resolutions are you making?I've been very blessed to have a loving family and true friends in my life. I wish for everyone to have a Blessed New Year.

What? You are very generous and kind - I can't imagine what you could have possibly done to make that be something you strive for!

You're right, that song is depressing and makes no sense at all!

New Year's eve is our anniversary - 16 years the second time around, must be doing something right, right? g

Mine would be to be kinder to my body. Keep it fit and healthy. I do too much sitting on my rump as it is. lol

A very Happy New Year to you and yours!

(My word verification was "dishens", so maybe I should take that as a hint that I need to do more dishes, too. LOL)

What G said!! You're alraedy so generous and kind...

And I don't do resolutions either, but I know we both need 2011 to be kinder and gentler with US!

Happy New Year... for what it's worth.

My only goals this year are to try to be more understanding, try to make less stress in my life & to try to keep up with my friends better than I did this past year. sigh
